An independent software studio.
Splitmask was founded by Saul Flores Jr., a mechanical engineer and independent developer. It exists to give the software a name of its own, separate from a personal site.
Most useful things live between disciplines — engineering and imagination, structure and experimentation, utility and curiosity. Splitmask works in that overlap.
We stay small, build quickly, and follow interesting problems wherever they lead. Software may begin as an experiment, become a tool, and eventually turn into something much larger.
Not every idea needs to become a company. Some just need to become real.
Curiosity
Exploration, experimentation, and asking what should exist that doesn’t yet.
Logic
Engineering, systems, and structure. The part that makes it actually work.
Something strange might be useful.
